Police are appealing for witnesses following a fatal collision on the A13.

Officers were called to the A13, near Grays[2] around 1:40pm on Monday, June 26 following reports of a collision Londonbound between the A126 Onslip and the Mardyke junction involving three lorries and a van.

The driver of the van died at the scene.
