The Flintshire fixer-upper that’s one of the cheapest houses in North …
A fixer-upper in Flintshire has gone on sale with one of the lowest asking prices of any property in North Wales. The two bedroom house on Halkyn Street in Flint[1] may have seen better days, but with a guide price of just £37,500 it will be an enticing prospect to any property flippers in the area.
The windows and doors on the ground floor have been boarded up. Internal viewing will not be conducted because of the property’s conditions, so it’s safe to say that whoever snaps it up at auction will have their hands full.
The end-of-terrace property is being auctioned by Barnard Marcus who say that purchasers will have to rely on their own enquiries as to the internal layout of the house.

The only detail provided to potential bidders ahead of the auction on June 26 is that the property “requires renovation”. The rest is left to the imagination but based on the circumstances it seems that it will need a lot of work to be transformed into a home.
The property was added to Rightmove on Wednesday, June 7. For more information, you can view the listing here.
