Emergency services have been called to a major south Essex road after a “serious” crash.
Traffic is being held on the A13 westbound in Thurrock between the A126 and the M25/A282 due to a “serious” crash, National Highways has warned.
Emergency services are currently en route to the scene.
There are severe delays of 60 minutes, which are increasing, on the A13 Westbound between A1012 and M25 J30 (Lakeside / Purfleet)
A spokesman for National Highways said: “Please take care on the approach and expect delays.”
