Man, 24, dies after car found on its roof in Great Limber
A 24-year-old man has died following a crash in Great Limber[1].
Police officers were called to the Caistor Road and found a red Vauxhall Astra on its roof. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
It is not thought that any other vehicles were involved in the crash. Lincolnshire Police are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with information.
The crash happened on Friday afternoon, but details have now emerged. In a statement, Lincolnshire Police said: “We are appealing for witnesses and information after a 24-year-old man died following a road traffic collision in Great Limber.
“We were called to the incident on Caistor Road at 4.19pm [on Friday, June 16] and when officers arrived, they discovered a red Vauxhall Astra on its roof that had been driven by the 24-year-old man. He had been seriously injured, and, sadly, he was pronounced dead at the scene. His next of kin have been informed.
“It is not thought any other vehicles were involved, and investigating officers are appealing for anyone who may have any information to come forward.
“If you were at the scene of the collision, we would like to hear from you to see if you have any information that could help the investigation team. Or, if you saw the vehicle around the time of the collision yesterday, or have any dashcam footage, or any other information you think may assist the enquiry, please get in touch.”
