Live M1 traffic updates as crash closes lanes near Toddington …

A shed load on the M1 Southbound near Harlington has closed three lanes, causing long delays. The entry slip road at junction 12 is also closed.

The incident occurred early this morning and was reported at 1.35am. Lanes one, two and three are closed and there are long delays of up to 20 minutes.

Drivers are urged to expect delays and take alternative routes where possible. Emergency services have been contacted for comment.

Travel news provider INRIX reads: “M1 Southbound entry slip road closed long delays, three lanes closed, slow traffic due to shed load at J12 A5120 Harlington Road (Flitwick). Lanes one, two and three (of four) are closed.”
