Live as road closure due to stuck railway barriers causing delays

A road has been closed in Lincolnshire due to railway barriers becoming stuck. The road closure is in place in the area of High Ferry Gatehouse, Sibsey, near Boston[1].

Network Rail[2] is at the scene of the incident and is working to sort out the railway barriers. Lincolnshire Police said it expects the road to remain closed for the remainder of the afternoon.

It also advises drivers to avoid the area where possible. Google Maps traffic is showing heavily congested traffic[3] along the A16 at High Ferry as a result of the road closure.
