Four fire engines battle Dartford blaze as residents warned to keep …

Four fire engines are tonight (Tuesday) battling a Dartford[1] blaze at a commercial premises. Residents near to Princes Road have been warned to keep windows closed due to smoke.

A bulk water carrier is attending the scene with the engines, while firefighters have breathing apparatus, and are using high-pressure hose reel jets. The incident was first reported at 9.43pm.

The fire service said that the fire at the scene involves at least five vehicles. No injuries have been reported.

A Kent Fire and Rescue[3] spokesperson said: "People living near to Princes Road in Dartford are advised to close windows and doors due to smoke coming from a fire at a commercial premises. Four fire engines and a bulk water carrier are at the scene, where firefighters wearing breathing apparatus are working to extinguish a fire involving at least five vehicles.

"Please share this information with anyone in the affected area, who might not have access to social media or the internet.. No injuries have been reported. "
