M5 reopens after traffic halted when lorry left carriageway – recap
Traffic on the M5 southbound just outside of Stroud is flowing normally following a crash this morning (May 18). Drivers were halted on the motorway between J13 at Stroud and J14 near Thornbury.
According to traffic monitoring system Inrix, a vehicle is reported to have left the carriageway. Gloucestershire Police has been contacted for more information.
Inrix reports: “All traffic being temporarily held and stationary traffic due to accident on M5 Southbound from J13 A419 (Stroud) to J14 B4509 (Thornbury / Falfield).A vehicle has reported to have left the carriageway.”
