M25 crash near Wisley interchange causes hour delay for Surrey …

Two lanes of the M25 were closed in Surrey following a crash between a car and a skip lorry. “Queuing traffic” was reported on the motorway travelling anticlockwise towards the Wisley interchange with congestion stretching back to junction 13.

Delays of an were caused by the incident, which was reported on traffic and travel[1] service Inrix shortly before 7am on Thursday (May 18.) In a statement police say no on ewas injured in the shunt.

They added: “We were called to the anticlockwise lane of the M25[2] at 6.52am this morning following a report of a collision between a lorry and a car just prior to Junction 10.

"A skip lorry collided with the back of a car in Lane 2. No injuries were reported and the scene was clear just after 8am."
