Everything you need to know about Tewkesbury’s Big Weekend

Numerous attractions are set to take place this weekend in Tewkesbury as the town's Big Weekend returns for 2023. On Saturday May 20 and Sunday May 21, locations around the town such as the Riverside, the Vineyards and the Town Hall will be hosting plenty of things for all the family.

Originally started in 2015 by a small group of Tewkesbury residents to show that the town has community spirit and is open for business, one of the big highlights is the High Street walking parade which will take place on Saturday at 3.30pm - the theme this year is nursery rhymes.

There will also be a Tewkesbury Big Weekend Raffle with a donation of prizes including a narrowboat holiday for up to six people, a hamper and a bucket of bottles.

Supported by charities such as the Avon Navigation Trust and Tewkesbury businesses such as Halfords Traditional Butchers on the High Street, below is a full list of everything taking place at Tewkesbury Big Weekend.
