Appeal after sum of cash stolen from two Lincolnshire pubs
An investigation has been launched after a man allegedly committed burglaries in two pubs in Lincolnshire. The burglaries took place in Grantham[1] when the man reportedly made his way into the staff-only areas of two pubs between 5pm and 6pm and stole a sum of cash.
He is first said to have made his way into the staff-only and residential area in the Black Dog pub on Watergate and stole a sum of cash. The same man then allegedly walked over to the Isaac Newton pub on the High Street, also entering the staff-only area and stealing a sum of cash.
Lincolnshire Police[2] has now launched an appeal to try and identify the man in the photo who may be able to help with its inquiries into the multiple burglaries[3]. It said it is following up on multiply lines of enquiry and hoping to progress investigations by identifying the man in the photo.
