The motorist was pulled over and arrested in connection with this and disqualified from driving. His van was also seized by police. A driver involved in a road rage incident may be guilty of a motoring offence such as careless driving, driving without reasonable consideration for other road users or dangerous driving.
This may be more serious for the Peugeot driver due to carrying an apparent weapon.
