LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- A total of five people were transported to a local hospital by Lee County Public Safety following a crash early Tuesday morning. According to San Carlos Park Fire Protection and Rescue Service District, Alico Road was shut down while fighter fighters extricated two entrapped passengers. The condition of the patient is unknown, although it was shared that three patients are trauma alert.
