Road reopens after earlier crash

Road reopens after earlier crash (Image: IWCP.) Whiterails Road, between Wootton and Newport, has reopened after an earlier crash. Police were called to the route, between the Briddlesford Road turning and Butterlfy World, earlier today (Saturday).

Southern Vectis's route 9 buses had to divert via Long Lane and Briddlesford Road, for a time.

Traffic is now using the road.
