Police seek witnesses after Salisbury strimmer theft
Police are seeking witnesses after the theft of a strimmer in Salisbury[1] on Sunday (April 9). Police say the incident happened on Castle Road between 1.45pm and 2.15pm. Four people have been arrested so far – three have been released on bail and one was released with no further action.
And now police are asking for anyone who may have taken a photograph of the incident as it happened. Salisbury Police[2] said in a statement: “We are appealing for witnesses following the theft of a garden strimmer from Salisbury on Sunday (09/04). The incident was reported to have happened on Castle Road between 1.45pm and 2.15pm.
“An 18-year-old and two 21-year-old men have been arrested and released on bail. A fourth person was also arrested but released with no further action being taken. “We believe a member of the public saw the theft of the strimmer and may have taken a photo.
We are appealing for them to get in touch with us on 101 quoting reference number 54230037438.”
