Man fined for not wearing seatbelt while driving at Bradford Royal Infirmary (Image: Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust) A MAN has been fined after being caught driving without wearing a seatbelt at a Bradford[1] hospital. James Duffy, 28, of Downside Crescent, Bradford, was caught driving a motor vehicle on a road, namely Bradford Royal Infirmary, Duckworth Lane, Bradford, while not wearing a seatbelt on October 16, 2022.

Duffy was fined GBP220, ordered to pay GBP90 costs and a GBP88 victim surcharge for the offence.

A collection order was made.

Duffy was sentenced at a single justice procedure hearing held at Bradford and Keighley[2] Magistrates' Court on April 11, 2023.
