Live M20 lorry crash traffic updates as one lane closed
A crash involving a lorry on the M20[1] has brought traffic to a crawling speed this morning (April 26). The incident occurred near Folkestone[2], on the London-bound carriage way at Junction 12, Ashford Road. Currently, one lane has been forced to close while the incident is resolved.
There are reports of queueing traffic as a result, with motorists facing delays of around 10 minutes in the area. It is reported that a lorry has come off of the carriageway and collided with trees at the bottom of the exit slip road. Traffic cameras in the area have shown drivers contending with bumper to bumper traffic this morning.
