Injuries after car flips on its roof during crash

Minor injuries[1] have been reported after a car flipped[2] on its roof during a two-vehicle crash at a village junction. The incident, which took place on A57 Gainsborough Road in Saxilby, blocked the road for some time and caused delays[3] in the area. Police were called the the collision at around 7.45am on Monday, April 3.

Emergency services remained on scene throughout the morning to deal with the wreckage which was eventually cleared at around midday. Pictures from the scene show a car on its roof with cars passing slowly on the other side of the road. While it is not known how many people were injured as a result of the crash, police have confirmed minor injuries.
