Car seized for no insurance, MOT, and carrying too many passengers (Image: Police) A car was seized by police for having no MOT, being uninsured and carrying too many passengers. The vehicle was stopped by officers on Stanley Street in Preston this morning (April 30).

The driver, who only had a provisional licence was caught with an expired MOT, no insurance and too many passengers in the car. As a result, police have seized the vehicle. A spokesperson for the police said: "This vehicle was stopped on Stanley Street, Preston by HO30.

"The driver had a provisional licence, no insurance, expired MOT and was carrying too many passengers.

"Reported for all offences and the vehicle was seized."
