Camborne incident: Man in his 30s dies in ‘unexplained death’

A man has died following an incident in Camborne this morning (April 12). Devon and Cornwall Police officers were called to a residential road following reports of concern for the welfare of a man. Ambulances and fire crews were also sent to the address at around 4:50am.

Sadly, a male in his 30s was pronounced deceased at the scene. The death is currently being treated as 'unexplained' and a number of road closures remain at the scene. A spokesperson from Devon and Cornwall Police said: "Police were called around 4.50am today, 12 April, following concern for the welfare of a man in Basset Street, Camborne.
