A40 traffic LIVE as Cotswolds crash partially blocks road

There are early reports of a collision between a bike and a car in the Cotswolds. Traffic-monitoring site Inrix is reporting a crash where two main roads meet near Northleach this morning (Sunday, April 30). Inrix is reporting: “Reports of accident, a car and a bike involved on A40 at A429”.

The two roads meet just south of the market town which is popular with tourists. No further details are available at the moment but we will let you know as we get them. This is a live blog so follow the entries below for the latest information.

Elsewhere on the roads, the A4103 in Herefordshire is reportedly blocked in both directions this morning due to jackknifed lorry.
