National Lorry Week 2026 returns to celebrate the businesses keeping the UK moving

National Lorry Week will return from 24-30 June 2026, celebrating the people, businesses and vehicles that keep the UK moving.  Organised by the RHA, this year's campaign will run under the theme: "The road that connects everything."

85% of the UK's freight is moved by road and National Lorry Week will highlight the vital role road transport plays in supporting the economy, supply chains and everyday life across the country. Throughout the week, the RHA and supporters will showcase stories from across the industry, including operators, drivers, apprentices, depots and logistics businesses, while encouraging members and stakeholders to get involved through social media, events and industry activity.

This year, National Lorry Week will also align with UK Logistics Week, culminating in activity at RTX and Multimodal from 30 June to 2 July.
RHA Managing Director, Richard Smith said: "National Lorry Week is about recognising the people and companies behind an industry that keeps the country moving every single day. They are driving business on our roads.

"Road transport connects communities, supports businesses and underpins supply chains across the UK. Almost everything we buy, use or rely on has spent time on a lorry.  "This year's campaign gives us a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the sector while also bringing the industry together through UK Logistics Week, RTX and Multimodal."  Vic Bunby, RTX Show Director said:  "RTX is proud to support activity around National Lorry Week in the run up to UK Logistics Week. It's a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the people and businesses that keep the industry moving while bringing the sector together at one of the most important moments in the transport calendar."

Robert Jervis, Event Director, Multimodal said: "Multimodal is delighted to be part of this year's wider industry activity. National Lorry Week and UK Logistics Week together provide a strong platform to highlight the importance of logistics, supply chains and road transport across the UK economy."  The campaign will feature: Member stories and case studies; industry visits and stakeholder engagement; sponsor and supporter activity; video and social media content; and live event coverage from RTX and Multimodal

Members, supporters and stakeholders are encouraged to share their own stories, photos and content using the hashtag #NationalLorryWeek.
