Dual drive and respect for the environment

The Pedayak Solar, developed by L'Aquaphile, represents a new departure in environmentally-friendly boating. Equipped with dual muscular and electric propulsion[2], this kayak[3] offers impressive autonomy thanks to its 400-watt photovoltaic panels. This technology enables users to navigate without fatigue, using clean energy.

The ability to maneuver[4] both forwards and backwards, combined with precise stick-controlled steering[5], ensures a smooth, adaptable sailing experience in a variety of sea conditions.

Technical innovation[6] and model variety

In addition to its hybrid propulsion[7] system, the PEDAYAK Solar features a robust construction with a self-draining rotomolded polyethylene hull, guaranteeing safety and durability. Available in four different models (monohull, prao or trimaran[8]), it meets a variety of needs and preferences. Solar panels[9] can be installed in the umbra (roof protecting from the sun) or on the side. The boat's advertised speed[10] of up to 9 km/h and significant buoyancy of 429 dm3 enable it to support a maximum load of 170 kg.

Commitment to innovation[11] and sustainable development

L'Aquaphile, headed by David Adrian, a former officer in the French Navy's Special Forces and passionate about maritime innovation[12], is committed to providing solutions that promote harmonious interaction with aquatic environments.

The Pedayak Solar, like the company's other inventions such as the Velosub and Subalo aquatic thrusters, illustrates this commitment by offering an ecological alternative[13] for water sports enthusiasts.
