Driver taken to hospital after van overturns following crash on A228 in Snodland

Police are appealing for witnesses after a van overturned following a crash. The collision, involving a grey Vauxhall Astra and a silver Ford van, happened on the A228 in Snodland - between the Leybourne Lakes Country Park roundabout and the junction for Rocfort Road.

It happened at about 4.15pm on Tuesday (February 6). The driver of the van was treated for injuries at a local hospital and has since been discharged.

Officers are appealing to anyone who saw the crash, or either of the vehicles in the moments leading up to it, to contact them. Drivers are also urged to check dashcam for any important footage.
