Spate of car damage and thefts on South Bristol road

Police are investigating a spate of incidents on a road in south Bristol.[1]

According to police there have been multiple reports about vehicle damage and thefts on Somerset Road in Knowle.[2][3]

Neighbourhood police sergeant for Knowle[4] and Filwood, Sgt Joe Iles, tweeted earlier today (Saturday) about the incidents. He said there would be an increase in police patrols in the area.

In his tweet, posted on X, he said: “We have had multiple reports of vehicle damage and thefts on and around Somerset Road, Bristol. Please report any incidents including suspicious behaviour through 101 or 999 in an emergency whilst we increase patrols in the area.”
