Live M3 traffic updates as crash between lorry and car causes delays

An M3 lane closure has been put in place on the motorway northbound towards the M25 after a crash involving a lorry and a car before Junction 2. The car left the carriageway and has come to rest on an embankment.

Traffic cameras along the road show traffic building in the area and live traffic maps from National Highways suggest congestion has built towards Camberley. The AA has warned drivers of “slow traffic”.

Travel service Inrix reported: “One lane blocked and slow traffic due to accident, a car and a lorry involved on M3 northbound before J2 M25 J12. In lane one, the car has come off the carriageway and onto an embankment.”
