For most of Yorkshire, The Met Office^[1] said:'Remaining cloudy Wednesday morning with outbreaks of rain. Rain and drizzle may persist over western hills, meanwhile drier and brighter conditions will become established in the east.

'Mild but breezy. Maximum temperature 11C.'

In Leeds, cloudy and overcast skies throughout the day. Temperatures peaking at 12C and dipping to 12C.
