Steam locomotive 45596 Bahamas set to visit Manchester this …
Jubilee class No. 45596 Bahamas is set to visit Manchester[1] this Saturday (21st October) as it hauls The Mancunian from London[2] Euston.
Departing London Euston[3] at 07:12, the locomotive will pass through Harrow and Wealdstone[4] (07:28), Watford Junction (07:34), Tring (07:56), Milton Keynes Central[5] (08:18), Northampton[6] (08:43), Rugby[7] (09:23), Nuneaton[8] (10:24), Stafford[9] (11:12), Macclesfield[10] (12:30), Stockport[11] (12:46) and Manchester Piccadilly[12] at 13:11.
After time in Manchester, 45596 Bahamas will depart Manchester Victoria[13] at 16:13, and will pass through Manchester Oxford Road[14] (16:28), Manchester Piccaddilly (16:31), Wilmslow[15] (16:55), Crewe[16] (17:26), Stafford (18:16) and Nuneaton (19:30) before coming to a stand just outside Rugby.
Here, 45596 Bahamas will come off the train and will return to Southall on its own (you can track that movement by clicking here[17]).
WCRC diesels will take over the train and will head back through the outbound stations of Rugby (20:26), Northampton (20:55), Milton Keymes Central (21:21), Tring (21:48), Watford Junction (22:11) and London Euston at 22:40.
