Road closed after car flips on its side in smash
A busy Tamworth road was closed off after a car flipped on its side. A spokesman for West Midlands Fire Service to BirminghamLive that the two vehicles collided on Peelers Lane, from Campion Drive to Ankerdrive, at around 2pm on Saturday (October 28).
The road was closed in both directions while fire crews from Tamworth[1] made the scene safe. There was no word on the injuries of those inside the cars but the smash was believed to involve a Renault Scenic.
West Midlands Fire Service said: "We were called to a two-car road traffic collision. We went to make the car safe. Crews from Tamworth[3] attended at 2.45pm."
