M25 traffic builds after multiple lanes closed due to ‘crash’ – as it …

Multiple lanes were closed on the M25 due to an accident this afternoon (September 21). There was queueing traffic and lanes closed due to multi-vehicle accident, according to traffic sites.

The crash occurred on the M25 anticlockwise after J11 A320 St Peters Way (Chertsey). Ambulance crews rushed to the scene to assess any injuries, it is currently unclear is anyone was seriously injured.

The road at one stage saw nine miles of queues. It was fully reopened and cleared fo traffic shortly before 8pm.
