Crash on main road between Newport and Sandown

A crash is causing delays on the main Newport to Sandown road.

Emergency services have been called to Newport Road, or the A3056.

The collision has happened at its junctions with Winford Road and Princelett Shute.

The road remains open.

Police have confirmed they were called at 1.29pm, to reports of a collision on Winford Road.

Three vehicles were involved.

No one was injured.
