Cambridge road shut to traffic due to emergency Cadent roadworks …
An emergency road closure is in place on a Cambridge road on Tuesday, May 30. Grange Road is shut in both directions while Cadent Gas carries out roadworks.
The road is closed to traffic[1] between Madingley Road and Clarkson Road. It is unclear how long the closure will be in place for.
A Cambridgeshire County Council[2] spokesperson said: "Grange Road, Cambridge[3] is closed both ways to motor vehicles today between A1303 Madingley Road and Clarkson Road due to emergency works by Cadent Gas."
Inrix, the traffic data company, said: "Grange Road in both directions closed due to emergency gas repairs from A1303 Madingley Road to Clarkson Road."
