TIP Group showcases both trailer and truck hire and services at Road Transport Expo
TIP Group, the leading trailer and truck hire and services provider is exhibiting at the 2023 Road Transport Expo, showcasing its trailer and truck rental, leasing, maintenance & associated services.
The TIP Group stand will feature a newly manufactured Don Bur tri-axle curtainsided trailer with a lifting roof, supplied in the livery of long-term TIP customer, Menzies Distribution, and a new DAF-XG tractor unit.
The team on stand will be available to discuss all matters relating to the hire of trailers, tractor units, rigid trucks and so on, but also to discuss maintenance, repair, breakdown services and, of course, its technology platforms designed to help operators stay safe, legal and compliant.
BrakePlus, TIP’s electronic braking performance monitoring system (aka EBPMS) is expected to continue to generate a lot of interest from operators, following recently announced changes to the DVSA’s ‘Guide to Maintaining Roadworthiness’ publication.
BrakePlus is a part of the TIP Insight range of telematics that allows operators to better manage their fleet through a range of monitoring and reporting functionalities which include ‘track and trace’ capability, tyre pressure, door and refrigeration temperature monitoring.
Stand visitors can also learn how TIP’s Earned Recognition service and its customer compliance portal, FleetRadarTM, could benefit their transport operation.

TIP Group can be found at stand Y22, outdoors and complete with BBQ, alongside TIP Tanker Services, who will be present on neighbouring stand Y20. Road Transport Expo is to be held at the NAEC, Stoneleigh Park on the 28th, 29th and 30th June 2023.
