Krone brings tried and tested trailer technology to RTX Show
Krone Trailer UK are showing two market-proven examples from their extensive trailer range at this year’s RTX Show in Stoneleigh.
The Dry Liner is a multi-purpose high security steel box trailer designed for a wide range of operations such as events, garment carriage and high value electricals. Dual ride height and exceptional load capacity make the Dry Liner ideally suited for UK/European operations.
Also on display, Krone’s Profi Liner curtainsider is relied on by operators across multiple transport sectors for its loading flexibility. The unique Krone Multi Lock loading system, featuring load strapping points at 10cm intervals along each side rave, enables secure loading of general cargo anywhere along the trailer bed.
Cutting-edge trailer telematics
Developed by Krone specifically for the logistics and transport industry, Krone Telematics enables operators to monitor and manage trailer, truck and container fleets in real time. Visitors to the stand can see how Krone Telematics uses the latest technology, including GPS tracking, temperature monitoring and multiple telematics sensors, to provide dynamic vehicle management and cost-cutting efficiency.
UK and Ireland market support
With Krone trailer sales maintaining peak levels in the UK and Ireland, Krone Trusted supports operators with a full range of parts, available from the Leeds depot and via Krone Parts Online.
Also backed by UK Krone parts stockists, Krone trailer parts can be ordered using the online Krone parts catalogue, by part number or simply by scanning the unique QR code which is stamped onto the registration plate on the chassis of every new Krone trailer.
The QR code gives instant access to the individual trailer parts list and all relevant data – such as part numbers, description and availability. Then, using the KRONE Online Shop, the parts can be quickly ordered.
All deliveries from Leeds are dispatched on a next day basis and subject to available stock, with the Krone team aiming for delivery between 1 and 3 working days. A ‘same day’ service is offered, and a UK parts collection point is available.
