Walton Street has been shut by the police, as jurors in the Jericho murder scene visit the scene of Alex Innes' death.

The road is expected to shut for most of the morning, with the cordon currently in place from beyond Walton Crescent to Great Clarendon Street.

Pedestrians, cyclists and vehicles are unable to use the road.

Police officers are also turning away vehicle traffic at the top of Little Clarendon Street, although that road appears to be open to delivery traffic.

As the scene is now, technically, a courtroom photographing the visit would be a contempt of court - punishable by a hefty fine.
