A tragic collision between a lorry and a cyclist in Camden has prompted a thorough investigation[1] by authorities. The incident unfolded on Wednesday, May 24, when the London Ambulance Service alerted the police to the collision on Fitzroy Street, W1.
Emergency services, including officers and London’s Air Ambulance, swiftly responded to the scene and provided immediate medical assistance. Despite their best efforts, the cyclist, believed to be in his 20s, tragically succumbed to his injuries at the scene. His next of kin have been notified of the devastating news.
The driver of the involved lorry remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities. As of now, no arrests have been made in connection with the collision.
