Live: A4 Bath Road closed after crash between lorry and car

The A4 Bath Road in Bristol is closed following a crash this morning (April 20). According to traffic monitoring site Inrix, the collision involved a car and a lorry. There is now reportedly debris on the road between the A4174 Hicks Gate Roundabout and Emery Road.

The crash took place at around 6.25am. Inrix says: "A4 Bath Road Westbound closed, queueing traffic due to recovery work and accident, a car and a lorry involved between A4174 (Hicks Gate Roundabout) and Emery Road. The road is now closed as recovery is underway to clear the inbound side of the accident."
