Transportation and Logistics Systems agrees to acquire Severance Trucking, Inc.

Transportation and Logistics Systems (OTCPK:TLSS) through its wholly-owned subsidiary, TLSS Acquisition, Inc., the company entered into a stock purchase agreement to acquire 100% of the outstanding stock of Massachusetts-based Severance Trucking Inc. and related companies.
The acquisition would nearly double annual revenues to £30M.
The deal is expected to close on January 31, 2023.
