Wiltshire council opposes new plan to slap £50 charge on Euro-6 HGVs entering Bath CAZ


A row has broken out over plans to charge Euro-6 HGVs GBP50 for entering Bath's clean air zone (CAZ), with Wiltshire council expressing its "opposition and frustration" at the proposals.

Bath and North East Somerset (BANES) Council leader Kevin Guy said he made "no apology" for putting the health and wellbeing of residents first, but he wanted to work closely with Wiltshire Council to improve the community's health.
