The British company LDV presented the eT60 electric pickup truck. It has already gone on sale in the Australian market at a price of 66 to 78 thousand dollars, and will soon appear in other countries. This is reported by the official website of the brand.
The LDV eT60 electric car is based on the Chinese Maxus T90 EV pickup truck.
The fact is that the Chinese concern SAIC bought the LDV company after bankruptcy. However, this is the first production electric pickup from a European brand. The new LDV eT60 is a mid-size frame pickup with a length of 5365 mm, a width of 1900 mm and a height of 1809 mm.
It is offered exclusively in a four-door version and has a load capacity of 1 ton. The electric car has a brutal design with extended fenders, a huge grille and thin LED headlights.
The interior trim is diluted with silver inserts and bright red seams. Pickup LDV eT60 is not cheap, but did not get a virtual instrument panel.
The equipment includes a 10.25-inch touch screen, rear view camera, climate control, power seats, light and rain sensors, automatic braking system.
LDV eT60 electric car equipped with a 177-horsepower motor and a battery with a capacity of 88.5 kWh. It has a claimed range of 330 km and an 80% fast charge in 45 minutes.
