Glencar to build warehouse and office facility in Stafford

 

Construction company Glencar has been instructed by logistics property developer PLP to build a 344,500 sq ft warehouse speculatively on a 17-acre site in Stafford.

Located on the Stone Business Park and close to the A34 and junctions 14 and 15 of the M6, the site involves redevelopment of a redundant and recently vacated data centre into a hi-spec logistics warehouse with a BREEAM Excellent rating, as well as adhering to the UKGBC's net zero buildings framework.
