Firethorn Trust appoints Glencar to build major last mile logistics facility in South East London

 

Commercial real estate investor Firethorn Trust has appointed construction firm Glencar to build a 93,984sq ft last-mile logistics scheme in south-east London. The project, dubbed Blueprint Erith, will be built by construction firm Glencar. Work will begin on site this month with the project due for completion in Q1 2023.

This is Glencar's second appointment by Firethorn this year.
