Stobart signs up to Science-Based Targets Initiative to reduce carbon footprint
 

Stobart said it had become the first major logistics provider in the UK to set science-based targets to reduce carbon emissions. The company said it had signed up to the Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi), a global project that provides business leaders with the accountability framework they need to reduce their carbon footprint. SBTi is a collaboration between the United Nations Global Compact, CDP (formerly the Carbon Disclosure Project), World Resources Institute and the World Wide Fund for Nature.
